A.F.C Kingston Youth are currently hiring for coaching positions within our grassroots football club based in Kingston upon Thames. We are a proud FA Charter Standard and Nike Partner youth football club comprising both foundation and youth development phase teams.
Our under 9’s are looking for a coach as follows:
Training – Monday nights from 5:30pm in KT1
Matches – League matches every Saturday morning in term time
About A.F.C Kingston Youth
Our club will boast 16 teams in the 2021/22 season (our fifth as a club) from u7’s to u16’s as well as development centre, holiday courses and futsal for children aged 4-16. We pride ourselves on ensuring that each team has a qualified football coach that not only takes the teams weekly evening training session (Mondays/Wednesdays) but also attends and manages each of their matches on Saturday mornings within the Epsom and Ewell Youth Football League.
Raising the standard of grassroots football locally we use 100% qualified coaches, not just FA/UEFA qualified but also those who have day jobs in coaching/teaching sports to young people.
With further services to schools, holiday camps and birthday parties we are keen to add to our coaching workforce in the coming weeks and months.
What we are looking for:
-FA/UEFA coaches with qualifications in football (Level 2 or above)
– Available Monday evenings and Saturday mornings
– FA Youth module 1 desirable
– Enhanced DBS check (we can obtain this if needed)
– Experience working with children in sport
– Reliable, punctual and committed individuals
– Those that drive are preferred but not necessarily essential
