Description: Whyteleafe Women’s FC are expanding their women’s programme and are looking to bring on board a reserve team manager for the 2021/22 season. The aim of the reserve team is to help bridge the gap between youth players new to adult football as well as support players looking to break into the first team who compete in the fifth tier of the women’s pyramid. Main Responsibilities include: Deliver Whyteleafe Women’s FC vision, values and playing philosophy, recruitment of new players to help form a new team, communicate and manage a squad of 25 players, work together with first team and reserve team coaches to support the development of players, plan, deliver and lead training sessions as well as lead match days. Other Responsibilities: Ensure fees are collected, oversee the maintenance and management of equipment on training and match days, submission of selection sheets and match reports after both home and away games. Essential Experience: FA Level 2 (Minimum), first aid. Desirable: Experience working in women’s football. Person Specification: Able to work as part of a team, strong management, organizational, motivational, and strategizing skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, disciplined self-starter with a positive attitude, Open to new ideas.
