Job Description
Reporting to the 1st Team Manager and head of Youth Development, you will be responsible for the development of players within our 2 Development squads, with match day responsibility for the Reserves. Working in a team with 3 other coaches, as well as the 1st Team management team, a successful applicant would strive to develop the cohort to progress towards 1st Team football at CPFCW in the WSL but also to ensure that players have the opportunity to develop within the female football environment.
