Job Description
Guildford United FC 1st team are seeking and assistant manger/coach to join the team for the upcoming season. This is a voluntary role to work along side the 1st team manager in match day preparation, training, player recruitment and coming on board as committee member.
We play in the Surrey Premier County Football League (step 7) and are looking to progress into step 6 in the near future.
The club has been running for a little over 10 years and has worked its way up from the the bottom of the football pyramid to where we are today. This season we boast a 1st team, reserves and an U21 side.
The role would suit somebody with local knowledge of the footballing league and someone who is driven and keen to progress to move on. The club is also willing to help push coaches onto courses for further knowledge and experience.
Training takes place on Thursday evenings from 7:30-9pm and Matchdays are saturdays with 3pm Kick offs.
