Job Description
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced forward-thinking coach to work on Volenti Academy’s coaching programme based at the brand new Coombe Wood School. The successful candidate will be expected to provide a high standard of coaching for boys in years 7 -10 during the school day and after school.
Key Features
- Coaching of players in various year groups on Coombe Wood School’s football pathway
- Develop coaching practices in line with the vision, philosophy and curriculum
- Coaching Coombe Wood school teams for in-house and external fixtures
- Support the selection of Coombe Wood School teams for the relevant league, cup and friendly fixtures
- Promote the TREDS values of Coombe Wood School
- Develop and maintain a positive learning environment to maximise each player’s development potential
- Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to across all areas of the Academy including Health & Safety, Risk Assessment, Safeguarding
